Job Description

As an apprentice producer, you will join a mobile publishing team of 3 people and actively participate in the coordination of upcoming game projects. Your missions include functional testing, bug reporting, coordinating external teams, collaborating with marketing, monitoring project progress, and post-launch follow-up. You will also track game performance and maintain clear documentation.
Must have:
  • Perform functional tests of different game versions and identify encountered bugs.
  • Write clear and illustrated bug tickets and ensure their follow-up.
  • Plan and coordinate interventions of external teams (QA, localization, eventual porting).
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing and Communication teams on major milestones.
  • Monitor project progress and provide reports to management.
  • Participate in post-launch follow-up: player feedback, bugs, updates.
  • Monitor game performance and propose corrective or optimization actions.
  • Maintain clear and structured documentation.
  • Bilingual French / English, both written and spoken.
  • Organized, rigorous, and able to adapt to different types of projects.
  • Curiosity, analytical thinking, and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Good video game culture, understanding of gameplay mechanics and current trends.
Good to have:
  • A first experience in the industry (internship, student project, game jam...)

Job Description

Missions:

  • Perform functional tests of different game versions and identify encountered bugs.
  • Write clear and illustrated bug tickets (screenshots, videos), and ensure their follow-up throughout versions (builds).
  • Plan and coordinate interventions of external teams (QA, localization, eventual porting).
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing and Communication teams on major milestones (release, announcements...).
  • Monitor project progress and provide reports to management.
  • Participate in post-launch follow-up: player feedback, bugs, corrective or content updates.
  • Monitor game performance (ratings, downloads, revenue) and propose corrective or optimization actions in conjunction with the Product Manager.
  • Maintain clear and structured documentation (dashboards, tracking tools, project sheets...).

Profile Sought

  • You are bilingual French / English, both written and spoken.
  • You are organized, rigorous, and able to adapt to very different types of projects.
  • You demonstrate curiosity, analytical thinking, and know how to prioritize your tasks.
  • You have a good video game culture, understanding of gameplay mechanics, and current trends.
  • A first experience in the industry (internship, student project, game jam...) is a plus.
