The Associate Product Manager (APM) will join the Salesforce Platform team, focusing on Einstein (AI/ML) and Agentic capabilities. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to define and execute product features using Salesforce Einstein and next-generation agentic experiences. The APM will define feature requirements, translate business needs into technical specifications, conduct research, collaborate on experimentation, drive product roadmap items, work with QA and release teams, and support product demos and training. The work will be mission critical for InMobi, optimizing tech operations.
Must have:
  • 4+ years of experience in the Order Orchestration space.
  • 2+ years of experience as an Associate Product Manager or similar role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience or interest in AI/ML technologies, especially Salesforce Einstein.
Good to have:
  • Experience working on intelligent assistants or AI-driven user interfaces.
  • Understanding of key AI concepts like NLP and LLMs.
  • Familiarity with tools like Salesforce Data Cloud, Prompt Builder.

What will you be doing :

We’re seeking a highly motivated Associate Product Manager (APM) to join our Salesforce Platform team with a focus on Einstein (AI/ML) and Agentic capabilities. The ideal candidate will have at least 4+ years of experience working with CRM platforms and will play a key role in optimizing and managing our end to end Sales processes.  In this role, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute product features that harness the power of Salesforce Einstein and next-generation agentic experiences to drive intelligent automation, decision-making, and customer success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the product lifecycle for Einstein-powered features and agentic experiences within the Salesforce Platform.
  • Partner with engineering, design, data science, and business stakeholders to define feature requirements and user stories.
  • Translate business needs into technical specifications with an emphasis on intelligent workflows, real-time recommendations, and autonomous actions.
  • Conduct competitive research and market analysis to inform product direction.
  • Collaborate on experimentation and A/B testing to validate product hypotheses and measure impact.
  • Drive and document product roadmap items related to generative AI, predictive analytics, and proactive automation.
  • Work closely with QA and release teams to ensure high-quality delivery and ongoing performance tracking.
  • Support product demos, stakeholder presentations, and user training related to Einstein and agentic capabilities.
  • Stay abreast of the latest developments in AI, Salesforce ecosystem (e.g., Einstein Copilot, Flow, Apex), and customer behavior trends.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Information Systems, or a related field [Technical background preferred]
  • Overall 4+ years of work experience in the Order Orchestration space, with projects implemented around AI/Agentic workflows.
  • 2+ years of experience working as a Associate Product Manager or similar role with a focus on Salesforce CRM.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Exposure to or interest in AI/ML technologies, especially Salesforce Einstein, LLMs, and agentic design principles.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Platform (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Flow Builder, etc.) is strongly preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Salesforce certification(s) is a big plus.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience working on intelligent assistants, AI-driven user interfaces, or process automation.

  • Understanding of key AI concepts: natural language processing (NLP), large language models (LLMs), recommendation systems, etc.

  • Familiarity with tools like Salesforce Data Cloud, Prompt Builder, Apex, or Lightning components is a plus.
