Associate Production Coordinator, DevOps

• Building and maintaining infrastructure to ensure uptime, reliability, and scalability.

• Ensuring code is compiled, packaged, and delivered quickly, safely, and reliably.

• Building the groundwork for our developers to create on.

• Creating, assigning, and tracking work tickets.

• Leading sprint rituals.

• Proactively planning future sprints and resolving blockers in advance.

• Understanding, identifying and communicating task requirements and dependencies.

• Facilitating task prioritization and optimizing value delivery.

• Reporting metrics and KPIs to team leads and stakeholders.

• Facilitating project planning by gathering and breaking down requirements into an actionable plan.

• Managing project scope and timelines.

• Holding project kickoff meetings to drive awareness and alignment.

• Facilitate and drive consensus as needed.

• Reporting project health and status to team leads and stakeholders.

• Proactively monitor projects and identify and remediate risks.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a production or project management role or related fields.

• Experience working with globally distributed teams.

• Experience with Microsoft Office, Jira, Confluence, Monday and/or other project tracking software.

• Foundational understanding of Agile project management methodologies.

• Self-motivating attitude with an eagerness to take ownership and solve any problem.

• Exceptional organizational skills with a strong attention to detail.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills that can be tailored to different audiences.

• Ability to quickly absorb, understand, organize, and communicate the “big picture."

• Ability to mediate and de-escalate conflict.

• Comfortability in ambiguous situations.

• Curiosity and enthusiasm to learn and grow.

• Humility, patience, willingness to actively listen.

• Ability to foster an environment that values both accountability and failing fast.

• BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.

• Certifications such as PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, CSPO.

• Familiarity with basic Windows, Linux and Networking concepts.

• Familiarity with release engineering concepts.

• Experience in Customer Service or similar customer facing roles, better if technical.

• A love of video games including Rockstar’s titles.
