We are looking for an experienced and passionate Marketing Audio Visual (AV) Producer to join the UCAN Marketing AV Post Production team based in Los Angeles, CA. The Opportunity
Reporting to the Sr. Manager of Marketing AV Post Production, the AV Producer is an integral part of campaign fulfillment. In this role, you are responsible for managing the finishing and localization production across Live Programming, Brand and Title Marketing AV campaigns. You should have a deep understanding of Marketing AV Post Production and Localization workflows. You excel in managing a large volume of assets, across multiple platforms, in a high-speed, high-performance environment. You are a calming presence, exercise sound judgment, and are an adaptable individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and embraces change at scale. You are nimble, adept at balancing competing priorities amongst global stakeholders, and excel as a strong individual contributor while being a collaborative partner in a rigorous environment.
Responsibilities include:
CAMPAIGN AV EXECUTION STRATEGIST
Own day-to-day communication and escalation with creative and operational stakeholders, content post teams, external finishing vendors, creative agencies, localization and distribution partners in order to efficiently manage finishing and localization execution.
Advise on delivery & budget risks to enable the creation and production of high quality creative at a high velocity.
Partner with a team of functional Producers responsible for managing finishing, localization, and trafficking of promotional materials. These include online and offline AV, key art and out-of-home, digital, and social creative assets.
AV FINISHING/LOCALIZATION MANAGEMENT
Manage the finishing, localization, and delivery of Marketing AV assets (trailers, promos, featurettes, Behind The Scenes, social content, etc.) for our cross-functional marketing and communications teams.
Shepherd scope, budget and overall AV post production resources.
Plan, schedule and manage internal and external AV production workflows, ensuring that time-sensitive bottlenecks are eliminated.
Ensure internal and external partners are informed and aligned with brand guidelines and file specifications.
WORKFLOW & TOOLING IMPROVEMENTS
Strategize how we eliminate, delegate, or automate our AV Production workflows for maximum efficiency without sacrificing quality or security.
Use data to inform production best practices, eliminating inefficiencies throughout our operational pipelines.
Requirements:
8+ years of AV Production Management experience at a post-production house, entertainment studio, or creative agency.
Experience in Live Program Marketing, including fluent knowledge of U.S. Broadcast Standards & Practices and call-to-action and tune-in nuances.
Familiarity with supporting, managing and/or fulfilling network brand/image campaigns.
Familiarity with archival/licensed footage acquisition.
Experience commercial shoot production schedules.
Experience managing finishing workflows with custom, commercial grade color correction and general knowledge of visual effect workflows.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including proven ability to effectively communicate amongst a wide variety of dependent partners, ensuring effective exchange of campaign information and global dissemination of campaign milestones, assets, and deliverables.
Expert knowledge of Marketing campaign workflows, including understanding the Creative Development and AV Post Production process.
Fluent in AV file elements, file types, social and digital formats while understanding the fundamentals of asset management, QC, and trafficking.
Experience managing a high volume of AV campaign assets at various stages of production, simultaneously.
Familiarity with Localization workflows, including motion graphic conform, subtitling and dubbing.
Experience facilitating finishing approvals with high-profile, above and below-the line talent is a plus, but not required.

Our compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary; we do not have bonuses. You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options. To determine your personal top-of-market compensation, we rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market range. The range for this role is $70,000- $245,000.
