The Benefits Partner will be responsible for designing and implementing best-in-class benefits solutions across EMEA. Responsibilities include managing vendor relationships (insurance brokers, carriers), developing and executing a benefits communication plan (educational materials, presentations, workshops), continuously evaluating current practices for improvement and innovation, collaborating with EMEA Payroll, HR Partnering, and regional People Services teams, acting as a point of contact for benefits-related escalations, providing exceptional service to stakeholders, assisting with the implementation of new programs and plan changes, building reports and dashboards, presenting recommendations, and influencing stakeholders through data analysis. This role requires strong vendor management, project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills, along with a working knowledge of EMEA labor laws and regulations.
