Job Description

Corsair is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Campaign Manager to lead, implement, and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, conversion, and customer engagement. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing, project management, and data analysis to optimize campaign performance and ensure ROI.

This role is a unique opportunity to create and drive fun and intriguing campaigns across the world!

Key Responsibilities

  • In coordination with BU marketing teams, plan and execute marketing campaigns 
  • Drive tactical execution and alignment on BU (Business Unit) level marketing campaigns
  • Maintain campaign calendar and communicate changes across marketing and sales teams
  • Own campaign timelines and drive cross-functional teams to meet deadlines
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaigns align with overall marketing strategies.
  • Manage campaign timelines, budgets, and resources to meet business objectives
  • Monitor campaign performance and track key metrics such as conversion rates, engagement, and ROI
  • Conduct A/B testing and optimize campaign elements, including creatives, messaging, and targeting strategies
  • Generate reports and provide data-driven insights to stakeholders
  • Work closely with sales teams to align marketing efforts with lead generation and revenue goals
  • Coordinate with creative teams to ensure branding and messaging consistency across campaigns
  • Present campaign strategies and results to senior leadership and key stakeholders

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing campaign management, preferably in the consumer hardware industry
  • Master of productivity—you thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple campaigns
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data interpretation and performance optimization.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
  • Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

For roles that are based at our headquarters in Milpitas, CA: The starting base pay for this position is as shown below. The actual base pay is dependent upon a variety of job-related factors such as professional background, training, work experience, location, business needs and market demand. Therefore, in some circumstances, the actual salary could fall outside of this expected range. This pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.  

Annual Salary Range $100,000—$130,000 USD
