Designation: Project Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute IP’s & Corporate events; end to end both for on-ground and webinars/virtual meets across various platforms
- Responsible for leading the project team, planning day to day activities for respective projects and successful delivery of all assigned projects
- Responsible for client management and associated activities such as costs sheet, project plan, marketing deliverables & MIS’s
- Responsible for acquiring speakers – CXO’s/key decision makers across industries as per the project requirement
- Builds and maintains excellent speaker connect, database for prompt delivery on key projects
- Travel and attend D&B events for on-ground co-ordination for seamless execution
- Ensures optimum utilization of available resources and budgets
- Vendor onboarding and management
- Maintains accurate business reports for management review
- Follow D&B’s compliance policies during and after project delivery by ensuring successful project closure
- 7 - 9 years of relevant experience in conferences with a leadership background
- Team Management & mentoring
- Good command over written & spoken English
- Good Negotiation skills (vendor management)
- Senior Stakeholder Management (Internal & External)
- Client Management & Servicing
- Good knowhow of MS Office
- Event Management (On-ground & Digital)
- MIS management & Project Management
- Vendor Invoice management & (nice to have knowledge on working with SaaS products like Workday)
- Creating Content for HTML Mailers, Social Media Posts, and Invites
