◆ Department Mission
- To drive the growth and profitability of the entire Group.
- Collection and analysis of management data, hypothesis building and strategy formulation, execution and progress management of strategies and measures.
- To achieve non-continuous growth and enable the execution of business strategies.
- Development of management infrastructure necessary for the above.
◆ Assigned Team Introduction
This team is responsible for compiling and leading various projects, considerations, and proposals related to important agendas across the entire company and each business, in parallel.

【Specific Job Responsibilities】
In the Corporate Strategy Department, you will be responsible for tasks centered on cross-organizational proposals and recommendations for top management and business divisions, consideration of strategic options, and promotion of various projects.
You will be expected to autonomously and independently compile proposals and countermeasures based on abstract themes and agendas brought forth by the management layer. Furthermore, we expect you to constantly be aware of changes in the environment, compile them into proposals, and proactively present them to management.
*Depending on the nature of the work, you may be seconded to other companies within the Group.

You will be assigned and promoted in the following areas depending on your experience and skills:
- Promotion of various projects and special assignments.
- Support for business planning formulation and promotion on the business division side (research, analysis, etc.).
- Operation of cross-company strategic discussion meetings and similar bodies.
- Other tasks related to the examination and promotion of important agendas concerning company-wide and business strategies.
▼ Main Past Projects
- Various responses related to new business plans and coordination with business stakeholders.
- Formulation and promotion of strategic options.
- Analysis of issues in existing businesses, improvements, and formulation of proposals and plans for growth realization.
- Study of new business areas (mainly domestic and international fintech businesses) and formulation of commercialization plans.
- Support for discussions in multiple work groups aimed at achieving important KPIs for Card, and operation of the overall management secretariat.

Required Experience/Skills

- Super Flex System (no core time)
- Principle: 9:00 AM - 5:45 PM (7 hours 45 minutes actual work + 1 hour break)

- Saturdays, Sundays, national holidays, year-end and New Year holidays, and company-designated days.

- Annual Paid Leave (14 days in the first year, prorated based on joining month; usable from joining date)

Salary
- Annual salary system (including some fixed overtime pay)
