Our Customer Transformation Consulting team combines industry knowledge, subject matter expertise and extensive experience in customer strategy formulation, project management, PnL analysis, customer experience, , market research, consumer analytics and commercial process intelligence. Our client base consists primarily of large and medium organizations. 

Examples of tasks you will work on as part of the team:

• Be a member of large projects around the areas of channel management, sales choreography, strategic network design, customer relationship management, business analysis, redesign of commercial processes, development of pricing/predictive machine learning models related to customer experience.

• Shape and deliver projects to meet and exceed the expectations of our clients and our own quality criteria

• Produce clear, and concise documents for senior audiences, such as presentations, numerical analysis and business requirements

• Hands on quantitative analysis, with data cleansing/manipulation,  assessing in depth individual work-streams, translating the analysis into useful findings and assessing the results in conjunction with project leadership

• Project managing key risks, problem-solving, and adapting into project methodologies to meet client needs

• Be involved in market research activities regarding clients, trends and data findings.

• Continue to develop internal relationships and developing the PwC brand

 
What we are looking for:

• One (1) to three (3) years of relevant working experience in the following disciplines: Budget Analysis, Commercial Product Development, Customer Relationship Management, Commercial Analytics or any other relevant discipline

• Excellent academic records from a Greek or foreign top-tier university with background in, Finance, Insurance, Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, Management, Management Science and Technology Mathematics, Statistics & other similar fields

• MBA/MSc on a related discipline from business schools/universities will be highly regarded

• Excellent business analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent written and oral communication skills in Greek and English, with ability to clearly communicate ideas and results on all organizational levels

• Hands on experience and Solid skills in MS Office, with emphasis in PowerPoint and Excel

• Knowledge of Alteryx, Power BI/ Tableau will be highly regarded

• Mathematical modeling and understanding/ experience with one of more programming languages will be highly appreciated

• Adaptability and agility to change; innovative, thoughtful and enthusiastic attitude about learning on different industries and markets

• High sense of responsibility along with learning mentality, effective teamwork and communication with colleagues and clients at all levels
