Job Summary:
The Digital Product Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing various aspects of vendor management and project coordination. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a keen eye for detail.
Responsibilities
- Liaise with internal teams on contracts review process to ensure compliance with company requirements
- Assist and coordinate with project team to detail project scopes, deliverables, timelines, compensation structure in drafting agreements
- Coordinate vendors onboarding processes including accounts setup, logistics preparation, access arrangement etc.
- Facilitate communication between internal teams & vendors and handle administrative works in between
- Coordinate with internal teams on financial projection and tracking project spending
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant disciplines
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (i.e. Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Knowledge in organization workflow and culture of Hong Kong Disneyland is an advantage
- Fluent in English & Chinese
