Job Summary

Job Description

The Field Sales Representative for Digital Natives at Google Cloud in Taipei, Taiwan, will leverage relationships with C-level executives to drive Google Cloud solutions. Responsibilities include building customer relationships, influencing long-term technology decisions, leading business cycles (including presenting multi-year agreements), managing account solution delivery, and engaging with CEOs and boards to accelerate digital transformation. This role requires significant experience in B2B software sales and account management, influencing executive-level decisions, and collaborating with sales engineers and technical leads on migration plans.
Must have:
  • 10+ years B2B enterprise software sales experience
  • C-level engagement and account management
  • Lead generation and business cycle management
  • Develop and present multi-year agreements
  • Collaborate with sales engineers and technical leads
Good to have:
  • Experience managing partners in implementation projects
  • Familiarity with business and legal agreements
  • Industry knowledge and understanding of customer needs
  • Ability to create business cases for migrations

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 10 years of experience in goal carrying Software promotion and Account Management at an enterprise business-to-business (B2B) software company promoting enterprise accounts.
  • Experience engaging with accounts in promoting a portfolio of products at C-level.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience working with and managing partners in implementation projects.
  • Experience with business and legal agreements working with Procurement, Legal, and Business teams.
  • Knowledge of the industry, with an understanding of the prospects/customers being served.
  • Ability to collaborate with sales engineers and customer technical leads to evaluate the existing software estate, develop migration plans, and create business cases for migrations.
  • Ability to influence decisions at the executive level.

Responsibilities

  • Build relationships with a customer base to help influence the long-term technology and business decisions. Add value and be a trusted advisor by bringing insights and ideas with follow through execution.
  • Lead and manage entire business-cycles (e.g., presenting multi-year agreements to C-level executives), discussing terms and understanding associated legal and business risks.
  • Lead business engagements with Chief Executive Officers and boards of customers across Greater China, with a transformational industry goal and a differentiated Google solution partnership to accelerate customer digital transformation.
  • Be responsible for the account with solution delivery aspects.
