As a Freelance Senior Copywriter, you will collaborate with creatives and strategists to bring a digital voice to life by exploring trends, digging for insights, and devising imaginative solutions. You will participate in strategic brainstorming, campaign development, and creative execution. You will also write and concept for social script, display units, digital activations, influencer-led work, and digital platform thinking. You will work closely with art directors and designers to ensure copy tone and style are consistent with visual tone and style. You will also interact with project teams to understand business objectives and audience demographics. You will translate creative direction into engaging and effective copy concepts, and maintain high standards of copywriting and exercise quality control.
Must have:
  • 3-5+ years of copywriting experience in an agency environment.
  • Exceptional writing skills with ability to write in various styles for diverse projects.
  • Aptitude for quick, creative thinking with attention to detail.
  • Keen understanding of social and digital trends, platforms, and audiences.
  • Experience with brainstorming, campaign development, and production.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Job Details

As a Freelance Senior Copywriter, you are a seasoned storyteller who loves to collaborate with creatives and strategists to bring a digital voice to life. Exploring trends, digging for insights, and devising imaginative solutions that are both brilliant and on-brand is what you do. You also know the ins and outs of social, display, and digital activations with a knack for platform- and audience-first thinking. 


You Will:

  • Partner with designers, art directors, and creative directors to bring concepts to life.
  • Participate in strategic brainstorming, campaign development, and creative execution.
  • Write and concept for social script, display units, digital activations, influencer-lead work, and digital platform thinking. 
  • Work closely with art directors and designers to ensure copy tone and style are consistent with visual tone and style.
  • Interact with project teams to understand business objectives and audience demographics.
  • Translate creative direction into engaging and effective copy concepts.
  • Maintain high standards of copywriting and exercise quality control.

You Have:

  • 3-5+ years’ experience as a copywriter in an agency environment—ideally with both social and traditional advertising experience. 
  • Exceptional writing skills, including the ability to write in a range of voices and styles for varied projects with diverse audiences.
  • Proven aptitude for quick, creative thinking with acute attention to detail within demanding deadlines.
  • A keen enthusiasm for and demonstrable understanding of social and digital trends, platforms and audiences. 
  • Experience with brainstorming, campaign development, and production.
  • The ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and effectively juggle diverse writing demand.
