As a Home Charging Project Manager at Tesla, you'll play a crucial role in expanding Tesla's charging infrastructure. Your responsibilities include maximizing Wall Connector sales to residential customers globally. You will identify and implement programs to boost sales, analyze customer feedback and order trends to pinpoint sales obstacles and increase demand. You'll collaborate across teams to align, test, and implement sales-improving initiatives, work with stakeholders to prioritize projects, manage pricing and channel strategy, and ensure the successful execution of initiatives from start to finish. This role requires strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional coordination skills, along with a novel approach to problem-solving and a minimum of 5 years of experience in product marketing, growth strategy, go-to-market planning, or business operations. Experience in electric vehicles, energy, or home consumer electronics is a plus.
