The Mondrian Doha is seeking a Housekeeping Office Supervisor to maintain high standards within the hotel. Responsibilities include adhering to hotel policies and procedures, reporting to shifts on time in uniform, providing professional and engaging service, training new staff, managing incoming calls and messages, and inputting requests into the dispatch system. The role also involves tracking pending requests, handling keys and devices, conducting inventory, reporting lost or broken items, preparing payroll documentation, generating reports, issuing credit and debit forms, coordinating with other departments, managing maintenance work orders, handling lost and found inquiries, securing guest storage items, preparing special amenities, maintaining a clean workspace, welcoming contractors, replenishing first aid supplies, assisting with inventories, and updating the office log book. The supervisor will report unusual events, sick guests, and system failures, follow BCP plans, and participate in recycling programs. The position requires shift work, the ability to work under stress, multitask, deal with customers, and possess patience, respect, empathy, and emotional intelligence. Some sitting and data entry is expected, with standby readiness for emergencies.
