IT Project Manager with Oracle Forms

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Technical Project Manager with minimum 5 to 8 Years of experience Lead with deep expertise in Oracle Forms to oversee manage and lead enterprise application projects from initiation through successful delivery The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of Oracle FormsReports excellent project management capabilities and proven experience leading crossfunctional technical teams in complex environments

Key Responsibilities

1 Lead endtoend project management of Oracle Forms application development enhancements and migration projects

2Work closely with stakeholders business analysts developers and QA teams to define project scope deliverables schedules and resource plans

3Manage and coordinate technical teams onsite and offshore to ensure timely delivery of highquality solutions

4Conduct risk assessments develop mitigation plans and ensure project deliverables align with business goals and compliance requirements

5Provide technical leadership and guidance on Oracle Forms best practices performance optimization and modernization strategies

6Ensure proper documentation of requirements design specifications test plans and deployment procedures

7Communicate regularly with executive leadership and key stakeholders on project status risks and opportunities

8Facilitate agilescrum or waterfall processes as appropriate per project type
