Job Description

Mobiloitte seeks a Sales Head to lead a strategic sales unit, crafting and executing revenue-driving strategies, and building a scalable pipeline. Responsibilities include building and mentoring a high-performance sales team, developing outbound and inbound lead generation strategies, owning sales numbers through strategic planning and KPI monitoring, exploring new business opportunities (especially in MENA markets), fostering long-term client relationships, and collaborating with marketing and tech teams. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in B2B sales leadership, expertise in sales strategies, demand generation, and pipeline management, and experience working in or traveling to the MENA region. Strong analytical, decision-making, communication, negotiation, and leadership skills are essential.

Are you a dynamic, results-driven sales leader with a proven track record in managing high-performing teams, driving outbound and inbound lead generation, and scaling revenue? Do you have experience working in or traveling to the MENA region? If yes, Mobiloitte is looking for you!

About the Role:

As a Sales Head, you will be responsible for leading one of our strategic sales units, crafting and executing revenue-driving strategies, and building a scalable pipeline. This role requires a strong leader with hands-on expertise in both inbound and outbound lead generation, sales operations, and team management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership & Growth: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performance sales team to meet and exceed targets.
  • Lead Generation Expertise: Develop and execute outbound and inbound lead generation strategies to expand the sales pipeline.
  • Revenue & Growth Strategy: Own and drive sales numbers through strategic planning, execution, and monitoring of KPIs.
  • Market Expansion: Explore new business opportunities, especially in MENA markets, leveraging regional insights and networking.
  • Client Engagement & Relationship Management: Foster long-term relationships with key stakeholders to drive business growth.
  • Collaboration with Marketing & Tech Teams: Work closely with internal teams to align sales strategies with market trends and customer needs.

Who You Are:

Proven track record in sales leadership roles with experience in B2B sales, SaaS, or IT services.
Expertise in outbound and inbound sales strategies, demand generation, and pipeline management.
Hands-on experience in setting up and executing lead generation processes.
Strong analytical and decision-making skills with a data-driven approach to sales.
Experience working in or traveling to the MENA region is a plus.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
