Nuestro equipo de operaciones integra una amplia experiencia en la manufactura de productos Wabtec. En nuestra planta de Arteaga, serás responsable de contribuir con la Fabricación de productos para locomotoras y productos de minería con alta calidad y en un ambiente de trabajo donde tu seguridad es la prioridad más importante.

Tendrás la responsabilidad de la producción de nuestros productos para lograr cumplir con la demanda requerida por el cliente, enfocándose en el cumplimiento de los objetivos establecidos por la compañía buscando siempre la mejora continua y el bienestar de los clientes y compañeros.
¿Qué queremos saber de ti?
- Escolaridad Deseable Secundaria
- Experiencia en industrias de Manufactura
- Conocimiento de parámetros de corte láser y/o máquinas secundarias (Sierras, Press Stud, Pantògrafo, Taladro Radial, Torreta, Roladora)
- Enfoque en el trabajo seguro.
¿Cómo será tu día típico?
- Enfoque 100% en realizar el trabajo de forma segura.
- Fabricación de piezas en Fabshop de acuerdo con los programas diarios de producción para el abastecimiento a las líneas de producción internas.
- Aseguramiento de la calidad de las piezas producidas.
- Optimización de los recursos de la compañía, teniendo en cuenta los indicadores de productividad y scrap.
