Job Description

ARHS Group – part of Accenture – is looking for a Low-code Engineer with experience in Health Management Platforms for one of its clients in Brussels, a key player in the Belgian Health Insurance domain.

Context

  • Building and developing projects and functionalities of the digital counter on the client’s Web and App.
  • Working in an Agile approach.
  • Scrum methodology is used to develop the solution. In this context, you need to work closely with the business, solution architect and analyst/testers to ensure that the functionalities are delivered correctly.

Role & responsibilities

  • Developing new Outsystems (front-end and back-end) apps
  • Implementation of the requirements (Epics, User Stories)
  • Building and developing projects and functionalities of the digital counter on the client’s Web and App.
  • Supporting the analyst/tester in the functional tests
  • Analyzing integrations with other parties and systems.
  • Collaborating with the solution architect to install the applications and monitor their operation.
  • Documenting your software thoroughly, without getting bogged down in details.

Qualifications

Your profile

  • Fluent in Dutch, good knowledge of English.
  • Critical mindset and good analytical and synthesis skills
  • Independent worker & able to thrive in a team
  • Sense of quality, accuracy and have a no-nonsense mentality
  • Stress resistant, result-oriented, proactive & dynamic
  • Efficient communicator: Able to get through to the various stakeholders (business/functional analysts, solution architect) so they understand the priorities perfectly.
  • Quality oriented: Your code is fully covered with unit tests.

Technical skills

  • Thorough knowledge (minimum 4 years of experience) of Low-code and more specifically of the Outsystems platform
  • Knowledge of HTML & CSS
  • Knowledge of SQL
  • Experience with Scrum as an Agile methodology
  • Able to make technical improvement proposals and defend them to the solution architect.
  • Able to work out the technical design based on a functional analysis.
  • Knowledge of Jira/Confluence would be considered an asset
  • Knowledge of the MEAN stack would be considered an asset
