We're looking for an experienced Operations Manager to join our stunning Grosvenor London Barracuda Casino. Your role will be to support your General Manager in maximising performance in all areas of your casino; making the difference by inspiring, motivating and leading your team to deliver high quality, exciting and entertaining experiences to your customers. This is an amazing opportunity to have a hand in most aspects of Operations.
You will;
Alongside previous casino management experience with excellent knowledge of all UK gaming activities, you'll need to be a current PML license holder with a customer-centric approach that will drive high engagement and confidence in your teams to provide first-class customer service that both excites and entertains.
As you’ll be managing a team; you’ll need strong leadership skills with the ability to coach & motivate, with a team mindset who really cares about your team's development. You'll be a people orientated, customer focused individual, able to lead by example and drive performance.
As this is a 24/7 operation, flexibility to work evenings, nights and weekends is required.
