RPSG FMCG Business has made strong initial inroads by creating a new segment of snacks in the Indian market, with its brand “Too Yumm” In a short period the brand has established itself across India as a strong choice vis a vis of traditional fried. This was possible by bold investments in product design and go to market. The division also has forayed into traditional snacks and Ayurveda (Dr Vaidya’s). The group is now in earnest to build the FMCG business in India through bold organic growth and acquisitions.

We are a startup within the RPSG ecosystem aiming to become a global player in the modern Ayurvedic wellness space. We have already gained significant experience in this domain with our Ayurveda brand called Dr Vaidya's. Our immediate objective for is to launch multiple wellness products across India, US, and Europe. After that, we plan to blitz scale and become aggressive in our growth journey, aiming for a revenue of 1000+ Cr ARR within 3-4 years of launch.


To achieve our ambitious goals, we are looking for a self-starter and hustler who isn't afraid to get their hands dirty and get into execution. We need someone who can take ownership of this function from day one and become one of the leaders of our growth journey. The ideal candidate

should also be able to build and lead large yet agile teams on this mission.


Our objectives are to build the largest global D2C brand out of India, positively impact the lives of

people dealing with chronic conditions or on a wellness journey and do so with holistic natural solutions using clinically proven ingredients from Ayurveda, as well as Chinese and herbal sources.

About the role:

As a Performance Marketing Manager, you will create, execute, and manage paid acquisition campaigns. You will be responsible for analyzing data to pull insights and inform decisions across all acquisition channels to booth growth.


Roles and Responsibilities:-

  • Build and manage acquisition campaigns across various channels including social, SEM, and display to drive revenue and increase ROI.
  • Analyze and optimize campaign performance based on data-driven insights and strategy using quantitative analysis.
  • Identify marketing performance issues and pinpoint the root cause analysis with the help of analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
  • Effectively communicate complicated analyses by developing easy-to-use reporting or visualization dashboards (demand funnel, marketing planning and budgeting, marketing ROI, operational efficiency, campaign impact, awareness, events, and strategic KPIs).
  • Understand new and relevant KPI metrics requirements for performance management and optimization purposes.
  • Work with creative and marketing teams to test strategies and innovation.
  • Deliver quantifiable improvements in ROI and cost per conversion (CPA) across all channels.


Qualifications:

  • Previous work experience in managing strategy and execution on social, search, or other performance-oriented channels.
  • Experience setting up campaigns in Facebook ads manager, Google Ads, and Google AdWords.
  • Deep understanding of data and able to objectively identify insights for sharing with stakeholders.
  • Exceptional analytical skills to identify opportunities within complex data
  • Proven track record of building and scaling acquisition campaigns with a strong focus on ROI.
  • Outstanding presentation skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Critical thinker and creative.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or relevant field.
