We're looking for an experienced Sr. Staff Compliance Program Manager to join our Information Security Compliance team. Reporting to Director, Information Security Compliance, You'll be responsible for:

• Leading initiatives to enhance and automate compliance processes that support internal controls, access management, and regulatory alignment
• Designing and optimize workflows for user access, segregation of duties, and access reviews, balancing compliance needs with usability
• Partnering with Security, IT, Engineering, and Product teams to integrate compliance requirements into day-to-day operations with minimal friction
• Translating evolving regulatory and audit expectations into practical, scalable internal processes
• Lead and mentor team of compliance analysts, Providing directions and enabling culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)

• 10 to 12 years of experience spanning compliance, security, risk management, or technology roles
• Comfortable working alongside developers, architects, and IT teams to implement or improve technical controls
• Strong Technical fluency - you don’t need to code, but you need to understand how systems are built and how controls fit into the real-world environments
• Self-starter with a track record of independently leading complex projects and influencing across teams
• Strong grasp of industry standards such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, FedRAMP, CSA STAR 

What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience with Identity & Access Management (IAM) or Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) tools and processes
• Exposure to user access reviews, access certification, or entitlement workflows
