Varonis is seeking an experienced Product Manager to specialize in storage platforms. This role involves defining product roadmaps, managing the development process from concept to launch, and serving as an in-house expert for Varonis-supported platforms. Responsibilities include working with R&D teams, ensuring high-quality deliverables, and managing relationships with partners. This role requires a deep understanding of data security and storage solutions to protect data from internal and external threats. The role offers a flexible, hybrid model.
Must have:
- 3-7 years of Product Manager experience in storage.
- Expertise in NetApp, Dell, IBM, Windows Server storage platforms.
- Understanding of NTFS and NFS permission models.
- Strong communication skills in Hebrew and English.
- Solid technical background - engineering/technical degree.
Good to have:
- Familiarity with Active Directory or other Identity Providers.
- Cybersecurity or data protection experience.

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to become the go-to expert for Varonis products to work with physical and cloud storage platforms!
Responsibilities:
- Define the product roadmap needs into detailed requirements, work with R&D teams and manage the entire development process from concept to launch.
- Serve as an in-house expert for Varonis-supported platforms and become the go-to person in your domain.
- Work closely with engineering teams to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Manage strategic relationships with new and existing partners.
Requirements:
- 3-7 years of experience as a Product Manager in a storage company or working on storage products.
- Expertise in storage platforms like NetApp, Dell, IBM, and Windows Server, along with a solid understanding of NTFS and NFS permission models is essential.
- Familiarity with storage platforms such as NetApp, Dell, IBM, Windows Server and understanding of NTFS and NFS permission models are mandatory.
- Solid technical background - engineering/technical degree.
- Strong communication skills - both verbal and written in Hebrew and English.
- Familiarity with Active Directory, Microsoft EntraID or other Identity Service Providers, and understanding of RBAC, cloud roles and IAM architecture is a great advantage!
- Excellent interpersonal skills - team player, can-do approach and positive attitude.
- Cybersecurity or data protection experience is an advantage.
