Summary

The Project Manager - Production at Prodigious will lead and manage interdisciplinary teams across multiple projects. Responsibilities include reporting project status, leading production meetings, maintaining project plans, performing risk management, managing assets and versioning, overseeing all production phases (from kickoff to launch), providing tech team staffing forecasts, developing purchase orders, and ensuring on-time and high-quality deliverables. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and a deep understanding of agile methodologies. Experience in web-related projects and excellent communication skills are crucial.

Responsibilities

  • Report project progress/status on a regular basis and deliver to stakeholders
  • Lead all production meetings and activities of the production team
  • Maintain and communicate project plans and timelines to the production team and Account Services
  • Perform risk management and communicate all issues facing the project while working with appropriate personnel to develop solutions
  • Distribute client assets to the appropriate resources upon receipt from the Account Service team
  • Manage asset versioning and storage maintenance
  • Manage all aspects of project production including kickoff, requirements analysis, development, testing, and launch, including the scheduling and review of deliverables for each of these steps
  • Provide accurate tech team staffing forecasts for Onshore and Offshore teams and actively participate in staffing processes, including representation at the staffing meetings
  • Develop purchase orders, including circulation to Account Services and Finance, purchase images and/or equipment, and maintain a central file of all stock purchase orders and their associated project numbers

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Marketing, MIS, Business Administration or related field
  • Understanding of web fundamentals and methodologies
  • 2 -3 years’ experience in technology and/or technical production, preferably in Web related projects
  • English level B2 or above

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent amount of relevant experience in the field or related area.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and display a high level of professionalism, including the ability to work with internal/external staff.
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to learn new processes quickly and create improved efficiency.
  • Ability to work independently at times on multiple tasks while remaining organized.
  •  Knowledge of Studio & Tech projects

 

  • Manage LatAm based creative production team (art and dev)
  • Ensure proper onboarding, file access, setup, and tools knowledge for new hires/additions to the team
  • Work with Art Supervisor  to manage team assignments for creative
  • Participate in Delivery monthly calls as a FULL MEMBER of the team 
  • Work with Creative RM (Nas Rookwood) to manage vacations and coverage for production
