Zeta, a Next-Gen Banking Tech company, is seeking a strategic and execution-driven Project Manager for Talent Acquisition. This role involves designing, leading, and managing scalable recruitment initiatives to enhance the talent acquisition function. The project manager will partner with HR, business leadership, and technology teams to improve hiring programs, drive operational excellence, and enhance candidate and recruiter experiences. Key responsibilities include developing and managing recruitment programs like early careers hiring and DEI initiatives, optimizing recruiting operations and processes, managing recruitment technologies, analyzing data and reporting on KPIs, and engaging with stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of recruitment operations, data analytics, ATS/HR tech, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills.
