We are currently seeking a skilled QA Analyst to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for manual testing to ensure the quality and reliability of our web applications, developing and executing test plans to ensure that all objectives are met, implementing and monitoring test scripts to assess functionality, reliability and quality of the service or product. This is a full-time IN-OFFICE position. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform functional, integration, regression and system testing (manual)
  • Review requirements, specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback
  • Create detailed and well-structured test cases 
  • Develop QA strategies and standards based on cross-functional projects
  • Estimate, prioritize and plan testing activities
  • Design, develop and execute manual test scenarios under regression test plan, perform cross-browsing and cross-platform testing of web applications
  • Communicate test progress and present test results to the QA lead
  • Participate in meetings with developers and project managers to discuss release, scope and retrospectives
  • Identify opportunities and implement appropriate best practices and test design techniques
  • Ensure QA activities are completed and signed off in the expected time frames before release deployments
  • Meet sprint goals, ensuring quality releases are delivered
  • Contribute and support the development of automated test scripts and execute for different releases      


Requirements

  • 3+ years experience in software development testing, working in an Agile development environment
  • Manual testing of desktop, web applications, API including the interactions with REST service endpoints through Swagger, Postman and Fiddler
  • Ability to identify, record, document, track and communicate bugs using Azure DevOps or Jira
  • Skills to do clear and well-structured Test Design and test case optimization
  • Strong analytical and problem skills are a must!
  • Able to work on multiple parallel projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-driven in nature, with the ability to work closely within a collaborative team  
Nice to haves:
  • Previous experience in games testing
  • Possess knowledge of relational database systems such as Microsoft SQL Server and MySQL
  • ISTQB certificate, any level
