Job Summary:
The client is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Specialist to join their team with excellent communication skills. The role involves driving sales operations across Vadodara engaging with clients, and providing tailored smart automation solutions. This position offers flexibility with opportunities for both onsite (office-based) and field sales work.

Key Responsibilities: 
  • Understand client requirements and recommend suitable automation products.
  • Drive sales operations and expand market reach across Pan India.
  • Identify new business opportunities through lead generation and client acquisition.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, prepare proposals, and negotiate pricing.
  • Meet and exceed assigned sales targets through strategic planning and execution.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and reports to track progress and performance.
Qualifications and Skills: 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in sales.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a target-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
  • Willingness to travel for field sales as required.
