Post-Production Management :
Oversee the entire post-production process from ingesting raw footage to final delivery, ensuring adherence to project timelines.
Coordinate with editors, sound engineers, colourists, VFX artists, and other post-production staff to ensure seamless workflow.
Manage post-production schedules, setting deadlines for various stages such as editing, sound mixing, colour grading, and final delivery.
Monitor the progress of post-production work, ensuring that it stays within the allocated budget and timeframe.
Liaise with directors and producers to ensure their creative vision is realized during post-production.
Ensure that all post-production activities comply with the technical specifications required by STAGE, including resolution, codecs, and file formats; and all data regarding the project is stored properly
Quality Control :
Conduct final quality checks on all post-production outputs, ensuring consistency in colour grading, sound levels, and overall visual and audio quality.
Review and approve final cuts, ensuring that they meet the creative and technical standards set by the production team.
Manage relationships with external post-production vendors and freelancers, ensuring that their work meets the required standards.
Acquisition Assessment :
Conduct a thorough technical assessment to ensure the content meets STAGE specifications.
Conducting final quality checks on the acquired film. This includes verifying that there are no visual or audio issues, such as colour inconsistencies, sound glitches, or editing errors.
Checking and acquiring available assets from the creator.
Dubbing Assessment :
Align assets for dubbing and conduct final quality checks to verify that dubbed content meets technical and creative standards.
Ensure dubbed content meets STAGE standards for audio quality and format. Oversee any required technical enhancements.
