Role overview
We are seeking experienced Business Development Managers to lead sales efforts for one of our different service lines in 2025. We are looking for talent with a background of selling our player engagement services (specializing in Player Support, Player Safety, our Helpshift ticketing platform and Community Management). Operating fully remotely from within Europe, you will be a key player in our player engagement solutions team, driving strategic sales initiatives and cultivating strong client relationships. Your expertise will be essential in expanding our complete service offering and fostering long-term business growth. 🚀🔥
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with our operations experts, our solutions experts and marketing team to strategically identify and target high-potential clients for Keywords' player engagement service offering
- Design and implement advanced sales strategies tailored to prospective clients, driving growth and market expansion.
- Partner closely with the player engagement solutions architects and marketing team to qualify leads, ensuring alignment with business goals, and expertly manage opportunities throughout the sales lifecycle.
- Delivering exceptional client support by proactively managing expectations in partnership with the player engagement solutions team and portfolio directors, ensuring seamless service delivery.
- Represent Keywords at key industry trade conferences, providing strategic support and expertise at exhibition stands to drive business visibility and engagement.
- Adhere to the company's advanced sales methodology, producing insightful reports and tracking key metrics to inform decision-making.
- Support portfolio directors and delivery teams in high-level account management, cultivating strong client relationships and contributing to strategic customer review meetings to drive long-term success.
You'd be a great fit for this role if you have:
- Proven experience selling player (customer) support services, community management, player (customer) safety and the technology platforms underlying these services to support them in the gaming industry or adjacent. (experience in any of these is acceptable, adjacent industries acceptable, preference given to industry experience and experience is selling all the mentioned services being preferred)
- Prove success in managing commercial client relationships.
- Experience with ticketing CRM and player (customer support) tech and automation solutions is essential.
- Ability to work collaboratively with central functions, supporting divisional growth.
- Experience partnering with solutions architecture teams and representing a suite of services.
