Job Summary
Job Description
This role, [Indie] Package Business Project Manager, involves managing the global distribution and service of Smilegate Group game titles. Responsibilities include preparing and executing PC package game publishing launches, managing schedules for upcoming titles, maximizing sales of existing titles, and coordinating with various departments (localization, platform management, QA, operations). The ideal candidate possesses strong communication skills, extensive experience with PC package games, and familiarity with platforms like Steam and consoles. Business English proficiency and international travel readiness are crucial.
Must have:
- PC package game publishing experience
- Excellent communication & coordination skills
- Steam/console platform experience
- Proficient in Business English
- Game PM experience
Good to have:
- Experience in overseas business/global business PM
- Other foreign language proficiency

- PC패키지 게임 퍼블리싱 런칭 관련 제반 준비 및 실행
- 퍼블리싱 예정 타이틀의 일정 관리
- 기 퍼블리싱 타이틀들의 세일즈 극대화
- 유관 부서 업무 조율 (로컬라이징, 플랫폼관리, QA, 운영 등)
자격요건
- 자발적인 업무 착수 역량
- 협업 부서 및 외부 개발사와 커뮤니케이션이 원활한자
- PC패키지 게임에 대한 다양한 플레이 경험 및 시장 인사이트를 보유한 인원
필요역량
- 스팀 / 콘솔 등 플랫폼의 사업 담당 경험
- 게임 PM 경력
- 비즈니스 영어 가능자
- 해외 출장에 결격 사유가 없는자
우대사항
- 기타 외국어 가능자
- 해외사업PM 또는 글로벌사업PM 경력 보유 인원
