Job Summary:
This Business Analyst role lives within the customer engagement arm of the Granicus’ Digital Services Implementation Team and is a key member of the Implementation Services (IS) team. This team helps customers (government agencies) create valued online services, and partners with customers to enhance the way that government organizations support their communities through strategic experience management. While this position may work with all products in the Digital Services portfolio, the primary focus is on the AMANDA software (Advanced Management and Data Automation).
As a Business Analyst, you will bridge the gap between our government clients' business needs and the technical capabilities of the AMANDA software platform. Leveraging your 5+ years of experience
, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including government stakeholders, software developers, project managers, and quality assurance professionals. Your role will involve gathering, analyzing, documenting, and communicating requirements, to drive the successful delivery of AMANDA software solutions within the unique context of government processes. Your insights and expertise will be instrumental in optimizing government workflows, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring client satisfaction.
