They are seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to serve as a strategic advisor to leaders and a key enabler of business success through people. This role involves shaping organizational design, driving leadership effectiveness, and embedding a culture of performance and development. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of HR experience, including 4 years in a senior HRBP role, with strong business acumen, experience in leading change, and excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Let’s start with the role

We’re looking for a Senior HR Business Partner who will act as a strategic advisor to our leaders and a key enabler of business success through people. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, builds strong, trusted relationships, and brings clarity and structure to complex challenges. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders to shape organizational design, drive leadership effectiveness, and embed a culture of performance, development, and accountability. At its core, this role is about translating business ambition into impactful people strategies that help our teams grow and thrive.

As a Senior Human Resources Business Partner, you will:
  • Serve as a strategic partner to senior business leaders, aligning people strategy with business goals and market realities.
  • Lead and drive change across the business, ensuring organizational structures and talent are aligned for future success.
  • Shape and execute strategic workforce planning, leadership bench strength, and support succession initiatives.
  • Influence and coach senior stakeholders, supporting them through growth, transformation, and ambiguity.
  • Leverage data and insights to diagnose organizational health and inform strategic decisions.
  • Contribute to performance, compensation, and engagement cycles by providing insights, reviewing proposals, and supporting leadership in follow-up actions.
  • Use feedback tools (e.g., engagement surveys) to identify areas for improvement and guide leaders in shaping targeted action plans.
  • Partner with Centers of Excellence (Talent, Reward, L&D) to co-create integrated and forward-thinking solutions.
  • Embed a culture of accountability, continuous feedback, and high performance.

What you’ll bring:

  • 8+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 4 years in a senior HRBP or strategic HR advisory role.
  • Experience supporting C-level or senior leadership in complex, high-growth environments.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to translate commercial objectives into effective people strategies.
  • A proven track record in leading organizational change and transformation initiatives.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to turn insights into clear, actionable strategies.
  • Exceptional communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Global experience and comfort operating in matrixed or multi-market environments are a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or a related field.
