About the role
Sandsoft is excited to find a passionate Senior Marketing Data Analyst!
We're searching for a seasoned pro who blends marketing savvy with top-notch analytical skills to boost our gaming campaigns.
Got experience with creatives and campaign performance? Know your way around LTV, ROAS, Retention, and CPI metrics? If so, an amazing adventure awaits you at Sandsoft!
Your responsibilities will be to:
Collaborate with UA managers to define goals and KPIs for user acquisition campaigns,
Analyze campaigns at a granular level and provide insights to improve performance or to test new hypotheses,
Analyze the impact UA and organic traffic have on core in-game KPIs such as retention, play time and monetization,
Define and measure the strategy and analysis of our market tests including cohort analysis, attribution, and AB testing, identifying patterns, trends and opportunities,
Recommend an optimal budget allocation between channels, markets and networks,
Develop and maintain marketing dashboards cross-portfolio providing actionable insights to stakeholders,
Support ad-hoc analysis providing proper insights to marketing and product managers,
Understanding data models to predict the LTV and other derived KPIs,
Stay up to date about industry trends and emerging technologies in marketing analytics and user acquisition,
Maintain and improve the performance Marketing Dashboards.
What will you bring in:
Experience in marketing analytics and gaming industry,
Strong knowledge of SQL and reporting platforms such as Looker, Tableau or Power BI,
Navigate on MMP tools such as Adjust, AppsFlyer and Singular,
Expertise in statistical analysis to determine the success of our hypothesis,
Understanding of how ad networks work optimizing user acquisition campaigns for maximum ROI,
Ability to translate complex concepts into actionable recommendations,
Knowledge in Python and data processing libraries such as pandas, scipy, numpy, scikit-learn, etc,
4+ years of experience in marketing analytics managing a high volume of information,
Excellent communication and presentation skills,
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
