Job Description

As a Senior Talent Manager at Immutable, you will be a pivotal driver of global hiring team growth. You'll partner with business units, manage end-to-end recruitment, act as a brand ambassador, collaborate on recruitment strategies, build talent pipelines, prioritize diversity hiring, guide candidates, utilize data for decision-making, contribute to EVP development, and adapt to a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include ensuring a seamless hiring process, executing effective strategies, and providing exceptional candidate and hiring manager experiences. The role requires extensive recruitment experience (8+ years) in a global high-growth company, expertise in technical and leadership hiring, and a proven track record of attracting top talent.

Serve as a trusted partner to all business units, understanding their needs and providing strategic recruitment support.
Manage end-to-end recruitment ensuring a seamless and efficient hiring process.
Act as a brand ambassador, sharing the Immutable story, vision, and culture with enthusiasm.
Collaborate closely with hiring managers to execute effective recruitment strategies.
Build strong talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
Prioritise diversity hiring and create inclusive recruitment strategies.
Provide guidance and support for candidates throughout the interview process, ensuring they are kept up to date regularly.
Utilise data to drive recruitment decisions and improve our processes.
Contribute to building our Employer Value Proposition (EVP), run events, and bring innovative ideas to life.
Adapt quickly to changing priorities and work efficiently to meet hiring goals in a fast-paced environment.
