Job Description

CJ Affiliate seeks a Sr. Sales Manager to actively sell affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, and lead generation products and services. Responsibilities include identifying upselling/cross-selling opportunities, communicating with partners and prospects, controlling and reporting sales/marketing activities, analyzing market trends, optimizing client portfolios, collaborating internationally (Europe and US), and representing the company at events and client meetings. The ideal candidate possesses strong sales skills, customer focus, communication abilities, and a results-oriented work ethic. Experience in sales (3-5 years), online marketing, and digital business models is crucial, along with strong industry contacts, analytical skills, and proficiency in MS Office and CRM (Salesforce).

Als Sr. Sales Manager berichten Sie an den Vice President Business Development und arbeiten eng mit den Kollegen aus Client und Publisher Development sowie internationalen Teams zusammen.

Stellenbeschreibung

  • aktiver Verkauf unserer Produkte und Dienstleistungen aus dem Bereich Affiliate Marketing, Influencer Marketing and LeadGen
  • selbstständige Identifikation von Up- und Cross-Selling Potentialen
  • Kommunikation mit Partnern und Interessenten
  • regelmäßiges Controlling und Reporting der Sales- und Marketing-Maßnahmen
  • ständige Analyse des Marktes und Optimierung des Kunden Portfolios
  • internationale Zusammenarbeit mit Kollegen aus Europa und USA
  • Repräsentation auf Veranstaltungen, Messen und Kundenterminen

Qualifikationen

  • ausgeprägtes Verkaufstalent, hohe Kundenorientierung und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • zielorientierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • verhandlungs- und abschlusssicher
  • idealerweise mindestens 3-5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Sales Bereich
  • Fundiertes Wissen im Online Marketing und bei digitalen Geschäftsmodellen
  • sehr gute Kontakte in der Online-Marketing-Branche
  • analytische Fähigkeiten und Zahlenverständnis
  • sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse (insbesondere Excel & PowerPoint), CRM-Erfahrung (Salesforce)
  • fließende Deutsch Kenntnisse, sehr gute Englisch-Kenntnisse
  • Teamgeist, der Wille zum Erfolg sowie ein sicheres Auftreten
