Job Description
This Strategy and Operations Associate role supports Commercial Leadership in team and business operations. Responsibilities include leading internal events (team forums, leadership onsites, cultural events), developing communications and presentations, defining project goals, developing cross-functional plans, tracking progress and reporting status to stakeholders. The role requires cultivating relationships with key stakeholders across departments, including Finance, Marketing, and Sales. The position requires strong program management, event management, and communication skills, and experience working with C-suite executives.
Must have:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 4+ years in program/event management & communications
- Experience with C-suite executives
- Cross-functional collaboration
- Strong problem-solving skills

Job Details
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience in program management, events management, and communications (e.g., content writing, presentations, etc.).
- Experience working with C-suite executives, Senior Vice Presidents (SVPs), or other executive leaders.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience working on events and projects that require cross-functional collaboration.
- Ability to work calmly with clear and structured problem solving thinking.
About the job
In this role, you will play a critical role in supporting the Commercial Leadership to operate their teams and business. You will lead internal events, communications, and engagement forums to support a high-performing work environment.The US base salary range for this full-time position is $118,000-$170,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Lead and program manage internal events such as organization-wide team forums, leadership onsites, and culture and community moments.
- Develop communications, slides, and internal presentations in coordination with key stakeholders.
- Define project goals, develop comprehensive cross-functional plans, track progress (e.g., planning, milestones, risks, issues, change control), and report on status, risks, and remediation plans to stakeholders.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including Finance, Marketing Central Business Management, Planning, Operations, and Regional sales teams to ensure communication and collaboration.
