We're seeking a highly organized and self-motivated Studio Coordinator to provide top-notch administrative and operational support to our talented Twisted Pixel Games team. We are a close-knit team of people who love playing games as much as making them.
Studio Coordinator- Twisted Pixel Games Responsibilities
Manage relationships with vendors, service providers and landlord
Collaborate with various Meta teams (culinary, security, facilities, shipping teams, etc.)
Act as the onsite point of contact for office-related tasks, deliveries, and visits, errands, and shipping/mailing
Perform general office duties such as ordering/coordinating supplies, maintaining records management systems, and contributing to and/or managing spreadsheets
Assist studio team members with initial triage of technical support questions
Participate actively in the planning and execution of company events
Own the studio hiring process and interface with Hiring managers, Meta recruiters and coordinators
Drive new hire onboarding process
Build culture and team engagement by partnering with different departments
Coordinate schedules, appointments and bookings
Assist with communicating studio procedures, policies, reminders, announcements, etc.
Monitor, create and support Twisted Pixel studio documentation (ex. Studio policies, employee directory, travel, etc)
Responsible for all parts of expense reports for all Managers and Directors
Assist with preparing reports, memos, and other documents
Ensure security, integrity and confidentiality of data
Inventory management and labeling of devices and hardware
Minimum Qualifications
2+ years of proven office management, administrative or assistant experience
Experience with office management responsibilities, systems and procedures
Experience working on multiple projects simultaneously
Experience troubleshooting and providing basic technical office support (both to onsite and remote) along with clear instructions
Experience keeping information organized and confidential
Proven experience communicating with multiple team members and cross functional partners
Resourceful collaborator with experience to identify problems and create solutions
Proficiency in desktop productivity software such as Microsoft Office, Google Apps, Outlook Calendar, etc
Preferred Qualifications
Experience planning a large work event
Working knowledge of office automation products and computer peripherals, like printers and scanners
Interested in or enjoys playing video games
Proficient in task tracking software (ClickUp, Jira, or similar)

$77,000/year to $117,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
