Responsibilities encompass preparing submissions, managing tasks, providing feedback to engineering for design improvements, coordinating with the Technical Assistance Center, preparing software/hardware for testing, and assisting with new product installations. The role requires strong project management, communication, and analytical skills, along with proficiency in regulatory processes. Up to 10% travel may be required.
Must have:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • 4+ years in gaming product/regulatory compliance
  • 2+ years managing employees
  • MS Office Suite proficiency
  • Strong project management skills

Job Description

Job Overview
The Table Games Compliance Manager ensures that table games products are submitted timely to external test labs and jurisdictional regulatory agencies.  This position also monitors the progress of these submissions, dealing with external labs and regulatory agencies as necessary to ensure products move towards approval. In support of those job functions, the Table Games Compliance Manager coordinates with the Vice President of Table Products to ensure that priorities are correctly assigned to obtain approvals when needed, and coordinates with the Director of Jurisdictional Engineering (or designees thereof) for activities involving external labs and regulators.
Responsibilities 
  • Prepares product submissions, managing priorities and assigning tasks as needed
  • Submits products to external labs and to regulatory agencies; coordinates with table games engineering and engineering to assist with resolution of any identified issues or defects
  • Provides feedback to table games engineering to improve design for regulatory approval, manufacturability and serviceability
  • Coordinates with Technical Assistance Center as new issues are identified in the field
  • Prepares software and hardware to hand off to independent labs and regulatory agencies for testing
  • Coordinates with independent test labs and other authorities to get products approved in all necessary jurisdictions
  • Assist Operations personnel on large or critical new product installations
  • Develop proficiency in jurisdictional regulatory processes

 Skills/Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent related experience
  • 4 years of experience in gaming product/regulatory compliance
  • 2 years of experience managing employees
  • MS office suite: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook.
  • Strong planning and technical Project Management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Ability to think creatively and to contribute to both strategic and tactical decisions
  • Strong analytical ability
  • Ability to make timely/sound decisions
  • Ability to read regulatory, technical and internal literature and documents and extract important concepts
  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 10% of the time
