Team Lead- Field Sales

Team Lead - Field Sales responsible for onboarding merchants and sales of EDC & Sound Box. The role involves managing a team and achieving sales targets. A minimum of 1.5 years of team leadership experience is required. Fintech background is preferred. The candidate should possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Responsibilities include overseeing daily operations of the sales team, providing training and support, achieving monthly/quarterly sales goals, and maintaining positive relationships with merchants. The ideal candidate will be proactive, results-oriented and possess strong problem-solving abilities.
