As a Technical Director at Magnopus, you will oversee the technical direction of studio-based projects, guiding teams to deliver innovative solutions across gaming, immersive experiences, and real-time engines. Acting as a key technical leader, you’ll collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure projects meet creative, technical, and budgetary goals while maintaining the highest quality standards. You’ll establish frameworks, promote accountability, and inspire teams to push the boundaries of what’s technically possible.

Application review
Our team will carefully review your application to assess alignment with the role.
Recruiter screening call (30 minutes)
A general conversation to learn more about you, share insights about the company and role, and cover the basics.
First stage interview (60 minutes)
A deep dive into your skills and expertise, focusing on downwards leadership.
Second stage Interview (60 minutes)
A conversation focused on collaboration, interpersonal skills, problem solving and functional management, exploring your interests and values and how these align with those of Magnopus.
Final interview (60 minutes)
The interview process will finish with a conversation with members of our senior management team and will dive into topics around upwards leadership.
