Job Description

As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you will lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish, working with stakeholders to plan requirements, identify risks, and manage schedules. You'll collaborate across teams, communicate effectively with executives and engineers, and utilize agile methodologies to enhance project delivery. Responsibilities include planning and prioritizing work across multiple teams, advancing product maturity and strategy, and managing technical projects end-to-end within the CRSM (Compliance, Risk and Security Management) team. This role requires strong program management skills, problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills. The position involves working with data governance, using Enablon or similar GRC software and a deep understanding of agile/scrum methodologies.
Must have:
  • Bachelor's degree in CS or related field
  • 2+ years Agile/Scrum experience
  • 2+ years program/project management experience
  • Data governance experience with GRC software
  • Excellent communication & collaboration skills

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience in Agile/Scrum and Hybrid methodologies, and with data governance, using Enablon or any GRC 3rd party software.
  • 2 years of experience in program or technical project management.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Understanding of machine learning.
  • Strong program management skills with successful project delivery and analytical problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $132,000-$189,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Utilize agile methodologies and other program management tools to enhance team effectiveness and project delivery.
  • Plan and prioritize work across multiple teams, including partner teams, building strategic alignment and executing on roadmap deliverables.
  • Play a key role in the advancement of product maturity and strategy, working with partner teams to launch key features and projects on-time.
  • Manage and execute technical projects end-to-end within the CRSM (Compliance, Risk and Security Management) team, engaging with stakeholders to align on direction and manage expectations across internal groups.
