Job Description

This VIP Account Executive position at Growe focuses on building and maintaining strong relationships with high-value clients. Responsibilities include conducting personalized promotional calls, proactively addressing client needs, identifying opportunities for new product introductions, and collaborating with various teams to ensure a premium client experience. The role requires tracking client interactions and providing insights for improvement. Day and night shifts are involved. Ideal candidates possess proven experience in VIP account management, strong communication skills, and experience with CRM tools. Experience in gaming, fintech, or hospitality is a plus.
Must have:
  • VIP account management experience
  • Strong communication & persuasion skills
  • CRM tool experience
  • Upper-Intermediate English
  • Thoroughness and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Good to have:
  • Gambling experience
  • Data-driven decision-making skills

  • Work closely with marketing, customer support, and product teams to ensure VIP clients receive a seamless and premium experience;

  • Track client interactions, feedback, and engagement levels, providing insights for continuous improvement;

  • Work in day & night shifts.
We need your professional experience:
  • Proven experience in VIP account management, sales, or customer relations (preferably in gaming, fintech, hospitality, or similar industries);

  • Strong communication and persuasive skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients;

  • Experience in gambling is string plus;

  • Experience with CRM tools and data-driven decision-making is a plus;

  • Upper-Intermediate level of English;
