Job Description

As a Warehouse Storeperson, you'll coordinate service parts and materials, ensuring the field service team has the necessary tools and parts for maintaining and upgrading electronic gaming machines. Responsibilities include receiving and dispatching goods, order fulfillment (picking, packing, shipping), inventory management (cycle counts, system transactions), product preparation (testing, quality checks), and returns processing. Adherence to safety procedures and gaming compliance regulations is crucial. Previous warehouse experience, inventory management knowledge, proficiency in Microsoft Excel and WMS, and a forklift license are required.

As a Warehouse Storeperson, you’ll ensure the smooth coordination of service parts and materials in our warehouse. Your role will be essential in providing the field service team with the tools and parts needed for maintaining and upgrading our electronic gaming machines and associated products.

What You'll Do

Receiving & Dispatching: Manage incoming goods, including electronic gaming machines and service parts, with a focus on accuracy and quality assurance
Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and ship service parts to field technicians and suppliers, ensuring timely and accurate delivery
Inventory Management: Maintain precise inventory levels, conduct regular cycle counts, and process system transactions promptly
Product Preparation: Test and prepare products for dispatch, adhering to strict quality-first policies and documentation standards.
Returns Processing: Manage returned gaming machines, including the removal of locks and parts
Safety & Compliance: Adhere to safety procedures and gaming compliance regulations.

What We're Looking For

Previous experience in a warehouse environment is a must
Understand inventory movements and adhere to stock management principles
Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel and Warehouse Management Systems
Ability to multitask and maintain strong organizational skills
Must have a forklift license
