Job Description

As an Account Manager at Leo Burnett, you'll develop and prospect new business, providing effective and efficient service to assigned clients. You'll be proactive in identifying problems and opportunities for both the agency and clients, demonstrating strong independence while being a team player. Responsibilities include managing reports, leading team growth, implementing cost controls, QC'ing creative work, liaising with internal/external partners, managing campaign timelines and budgets, handling billing and forecasting, staying updated on market trends, and performing tasks as delegated. IMC and digital experience is required.

Job Description

  • Developing and prospecting new business;
  • Providing effective services to all clients assigned and managing each account professionally and efficiently;
  • Being on the alert to problems and opportunities, both for the agency and clients;
  • Have strong independence, at the same time a team-player;
  • Managing report assigned and can lead and grow the team;
  • Recommending and implementing cost control measures;
  • QC and inputting on works done by creative, studio, media, strategy before presenting to client;
  • Liaising and integrating different internal disciplines, as well as external partners and suppliers;
  • Managing timeline, budget, KPIs and operations for communications campaigns;
  • Doing billing and income forecasts quarterly or as directed and checking monthly actual versus forecast;
  • Staying up-to-date on the business, market, and competitors;
  • Performing tasks as delegated by line managers.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or above
  • 3+ years in advertising/ communications/ marketing/ account management, with IMC & Digital experience 
  • Proactive, agile, professional.
  • Responsible, resilient, attention to details
  • Ability to handle rapidly changing environment.
  • Ability to work independently under high pressure.
  • Excellent English communication (written and oral) skills.
