The Account Manager will be the face of UFP to customers in the territory, building relationships, solving problems, and delivering real value. Responsibilities include building and nurturing relationships with current customers to ensure satisfaction and retention, driving sales growth by promoting the product line, problem-solving customer pain points and delivering creative solutions, owning the customer experience through troubleshooting and communication, managing territory performance, and keeping things on track with inventory and sales reports.
