This Account Manager role within Google's Large Customer Sales team in Turkey focuses on driving growth for key clients. Responsibilities include managing client relationships, understanding business needs, developing growth strategies, and managing risks. The role demands expertise in online media, data analysis, and digital advertising campaign management. You will act as the primary client contact, managing media planning, delivery, and performance across Google platforms, ensuring high-value campaigns deliver impactful results. The ideal candidate possesses strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, and a proven track record in a similar role.
Must have:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years in advertising/sales/marketing
  • Experience with Google solutions (Search, Video, Display, Apps)
  • Data analysis skills
  • Strong communication and client management skills
  • Proven ability to overachieve sales goals
Good to have:
  • Knowledge of online marketing strategy and tactics
  • Experience managing digital advertising campaigns (performance marketing)
  • Excellent investigative and problem-solving skills

Job Details

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, online media environment, or marketing role.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience with solutions (e.g., Search, Video, Display, Apps).
  • Experience working in the area of data analysis.
  • Knowledge of online marketing strategy and tactics and experience in managing digital advertising campaigns with a focus on performance marketing.
  • Ability to own a portfolio in an advertising or media sales context and consistently overachieve goals to drive growth.
  • Excellent investigative, problem-solving and research skills.

We're uniquely situated to help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age. We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver against ambitious quarterly business and product growth goals.
  • Own a portfolio of large businesses by managing trusted relationships with clients, developing a thorough understanding of their business, identifying opportunities for growth and managing risks.
  • Drive customer value and ensure growth of their business by delivering outstanding customer business experience and achieving customer business and marketing objectives.
  • Act as the primary client point-of-contact on media planning, delivery and performance of Google Media across Google platforms.
  • Ensure high performance and measure the impact of the most high value campaigns.
