The Analyst - Client Support Services role involves designing, editing, and implementing compliance and advisory questionnaires on a new Nasdaq platform. The role also includes quality control of analytical reports, gaining knowledge of digital transcription and editing, supervising client project tasks, communicating with C-suite executives, collaborating with team members, identifying risks, and ensuring accuracy throughout the project life cycle. The role offers continuous professional development and the opportunity to recommend process efficiencies.
Must have:

What We Offer

Nasdaq's Corporate Platforms Unit provides corporate governance solutions for corporate and not-for-profit boards.

Nasdaq’s Compliance and Board Advisory team seeks a detailed professional to join as an Analyst - Client Support Services as we integrate digital solutions for the governance world. We are a potent team of corporate governance guides, technology specialists, and attorney.

The main goal of our Business Operations team is to design Director and Officer & Board Evaluation Questionnaires while delivering exceptional day-to-day client support tailored to each client’s unique needs. You will generate insightful analytical results from questionnaires and handle digital transcription and editing tasks. The team collaborates closely with all internal stakeholders to identify client opportunities and ensure client success.

This is a permanent full-time role based in BGC, Taguig City following a hybrid work model setup (at least 2 in office days per week).

What You Will Do

  • Design, Edit, and Implement Compliance and Advisory questionnaires on our new native Nasdaq Questionnaire platform

  • Quality control compiled analytical reports using the Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe PDF tools

  • Gain knowledge of digital transcription, editing, and reporting of assessments & questionnaires

  • Receive mentorship through your manager and various leadership through regular 1:1 and team meetings to help you navigate your career journey at Nasdaq

  • Supervise client project tasks and interactions through a customer relationship management (CRM) system such as Monday.com and Salesforce

  • Communicate and coordinate with C-Suite executive level professionals

  • Collaborate with other team members and internal partners on the success and challenges of client projects

  • Identify risk and communicate with Management and Project Management Team

  • Ensure each step of the project life cycle has been reviewed with accuracy while paying attention to detail

What We Expect

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree and or equivalent experience in a similar role

  • Previous experience in critical reading, document analysis, and SaaS products is a plus!

  • At least 1-2 years of experience in a formal business setting with B2B client experience

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)

  • Proficiency in Adobe Suite

  • Superb attention to detail and accuracy (particularly in formatting documents, proofreading, and client communication)

  • Maintain confidentiality of client information

  • Computer savvy with ability to learn new technologies quickly

  • Ability to communicate timely status updates to colleagues

  • Good interpersonal communication and comfort collaborating with team members

  • Demonstrated ability to work without direct supervision

  • Dedication to carry out all company policies and procedures

  • Upbeat, hard-working work ethic with an interest for working within an outstanding company culture!
