Sparx* is looking for a passionate Associate Art Producer with strong communication in Chinese & English, and solid project management skills.
You'll play a key role in the planning and delivery of game projects, coordinate with our development team and partner studios, and drive some of the most exciting AAA titles in the video game industry.
Report to: Production Manager
- Collaborate with Directors, Leads and team members to establish realistic expectations from timelines, estimates and project deliverables.
- Define, track and follow up project schedule and milestones
- Facilitate meetings, discussions, feedback, and communication within the team of Artists, Leads, Directors and Producers to discuss status, resolve issues and share information.
- Follow up closely with Directors/Leads about project progress, potential risks, and contingency plan.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, optimized resource planning and allocation, team management, art review, project bidding, client coordination, team efficiency analysis and cost analysis.
- Manage well the relationship with clients through transparent verbal and non-verbal communication.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a producer/ project management role.
- A solid understanding of production management methodologies including (Waterfall, Agile).
- Attention to detail, timely follow-up, strong scheduling, and organizational skills. Strong capability to multitask and prioritize.
- Excellent Interpersonal, facilitation, communication, and project management skills
- Ability to work with multiple teams and functional areas – i.e. a real team player
- Manage multiple tasks and projects, switching focus and priorities to respond to project needs.
- Microsoft Office experience: Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Fluently in Business CN speaking to handle client communication and translation for the team
- Have experience working with CN clients
- Knowing 3 languages En, Viet, CN is a plus. If not CN-ENG is preferred
- Passion for video games and the industry. Experiences in the Game industry is a plus
- Must be willing and able to work on-site at our Studio in Ho Chi Minh City. (Tan Binh District)
