Associate Photographer

We’re currently seeking an Associate Photographer for a full-time role in West Palm Beach. As an Associate Photographer, you'll support marketing initiatives by capturing stunning 3-D virtual tours and high-quality photographs of residential and commercial properties. You'll work closely with our teams, maximizing your impact while taking ownership of the local market to ensure complete coverage. This role combines creativity, independence, and attention to detail, all while contributing to our client's success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Photography & Virtual Tours: Capture beautiful 3-D virtual tours and photographs of homes and apartments, using your skills to highlight spaces in the best possible light.
• Market Ownership: Navigate commercial properties and one-mile square grids to ensure complete real estate data coverage, identify new inventory, and fill in missing availability for properties.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with scheduling and dispatch teams to maximize appointments and meet client demands.
• Client & Team Communication: Professionally communicate with clients, sales teams, research partners, and management to evaluate priorities, initiatives, and tasks.
• Safety & Equipment: Adhere to safety standards to protect company equipment and vehicle, while always representing the client in a professional manner.
• Ongoing Collaboration: Participate in conference calls with sales and research teams to ensure smooth coordination and task execution.

Qualifications:

• Photography Experience: At least 2 years of professional photography experience, with field experience preferred. A degree in photography is also acceptable.
• Technical Skills: Experience with Matterport is highly valued, but training is available for qualified candidates. Proficiency with Windows, Apple OS, Microsoft Office, and Apps is required.
• Attention to Detail: Ability to accurately capture and enter data, and quickly learn new concepts, including commercial real estate terminology, mapping, and GIS.
• Independent Work Style: Self-motivated with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, independent environment.
• Strong Organizational Skills: Excellent time management and a keen eye for detail.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to sit for long periods while driving, and stand or walk for up to 8 hours per day.
• Must be able to lift, carry, and maneuver equipment weighing up to 5 pounds.
• Frequent hand and arm movements for camera operation and tablet/laptop use.
• Occasional bending, stooping, squatting, twisting, and carrying required to complete tasks.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and drive in various seasons.
• Willingness to work weekends on a rotating schedule.
