This is an exciting opportunity for an organized and driven individual to play a key role in supporting the Global Player Support teams. As an Associate Producer, you will be responsible for managing documentation, facilitating communication across teams, and ensuring operational excellence in Player Support. Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the overall preparedness of the Global Player Support teams through documentation, escalation management, and alignment across stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts and partners to build and distribute internal content for the Player Support team.
  • Analyze and improve operational and agent experiences, ensuring they align with success metrics and company objectives.
  • Develop and maintain expertise in Player Support subject areas to consult with appropriate stakeholders.
  • Monitor incidents and service degradation, representing Player Support operations and impacted players to influence prioritization and product development.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) – various majors are suitable for the role.
  • Previous experience in Player/Customer Support is strongly preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven success in executing complex projects that span multiple teams.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Agile, project management, or product management certifications (e.g., CSPO, CSM, PMP) are a plus.
  • Analytical proficiency with experience making data-driven decisions.
  • At least 2 years of experience in project management, operations leadership, customer service leadership, or similar roles.
