Job Description

The Claims Coordinator is a crucial member of the Claims team, providing daily administrative support and assisting Media Finance vendors. This role requires a self-motivated, adaptable individual eager to learn, with strong multitasking and prioritization skills, all while maintaining a positive attitude. Responsibilities include monitoring and managing the Claims portal, auditing claims for compliance with Brand Guidelines, approving or declining claims, processing payments, supporting Media Finance Accounting Clerks, and communicating with Account Managers. Continuous education on Ansira technology, features, and functionality is also required, along with performing other duties and special projects as needed.

Job Details

The Claims Coordinator is an integral member of the Claims team and is responsible for the day to day administrative support of the Claims Team as well as the Media Finance vendors. This person should be self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to learn; with a strong ability to multitask and prioritize while maintaining a positive attitude.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and manage the Claims portal within Ansira Application

  • Audit claims to ensure compliance within Brand Guidelines

  • Approve claims for payment

  • Soft decline claims and request additional information

  • Decline claims for failure to follow Brand Guidelines

  • Process claims for payment

  • Provide support to Media Finance Accounting Clerks as needed

  • Correspond with Account Manager team members, as needed

  • Become fully educated and continue education upkeep with Ansira Technology, features and functionality

  • Perform other duties, special projects and tasks, as needed

Requirements:
